MGM China

At MGM Cotai, overall technical governance covers the MGM Theatre, Fantasy Box, Grand Plaza and the wider resort event portfolio. Responsibility includes safety compliance, operational continuity and long-term infrastructure performance across high-profile live entertainment environments. Multidisciplinary technical functions are aligned to risk-based asset management principles, ensuring resilience from permanent productions such as Macau 2049 through to complex corporate and VIP events.

Melco Resorts & Entertianment

At Melco’s City of Dreams, technical accountability extended across The House of Dancing Water and key entertainment assets including Kids’ City, SOHO Cubic and resort-wide events. The role focused on operational resilience within complex, high-risk environments, aligning creative ambition with engineering integrity, regulatory compliance and long-term asset governance across the resort portfolio.

Studio City

At Studio City Macau, technical responsibility covered the Golden Reel, Warner Bros. Kids’ Zone, House of Magic, the arena and Batman Dark Flight. Governance spanned rigging strategy, engineering compliance, preventive maintenance and multidisciplinary team coordination, supporting both permanent attractions and large-scale touring productions within a safety-led operational framework.

Dragone

Under Dragone’s The House of Dancing Water, acrobatic rigging governance supported rehearsals and live performance within a high-risk, water-based production environment. Responsibility included aerial system integrity, performer safety, preventive maintenance strategy and alignment between artistic evolution and technical discipline.

Five Currents

At the Pan American Games Opening Ceremony in Guadalajara, aerial stage management included the design and execution of performer flying systems within a large-scale international event. The role balanced engineering integrity, local team development and rigorous safety oversight under live broadcast and fixed ceremonial timelines.
