Wright Works is a personal platform to document experience, perspective, and ongoing thinking developed over more than three decades in the entertainment industry. It is not a sales site. It is a record of work across technical operations, production, leadership, and the systems that support complex live environments.

My perspective was built from the ground up. The early years were spent learning how shows function from the inside out — backstage, on the floor, in control rooms, and under the pressure of load-ins, rehearsals, and live performance. That foundation continues to shape how risk is assessed, how systems are designed, and how people are led.
