Live entertainment operates at the intersection of creative ambition and technical reality. My career has been spent working where those two meet.

Wright Works Creative is my personal platform to document experience, perspective, and ongoing thinking developed over more than two decades in the entertainment industry. It is not a sales site. It is a record of work carried out across technical operation, production, leadership, and the business structures that support complex live entertainment environments.

My perspective was built from the ground up. The early years were spent learning how shows function from the inside out — backstage, on the floor, in control rooms, and under the pressure of load-ins, rehearsals, and live performance. That foundation continues to shape how risk is assessed, how systems are designed, and how people are led.

As responsibility broadened, so did the view. The industry reveals itself less as a collection of roles and more as an interconnected system: creative intent, technology, people, safety, budgets, and decision-making all tightly linked. This site reflects that systems-level understanding.

The work shared here may be technical, operational, strategic, or reflective. Some pieces examine leadership or business models. Others explore standards, process, culture, or the realities behind polished outcomes. At times, it is simply a space to think through ideas in public.

Wright Works Creative represents where I stand now — informed by experience and shaped by a growing focus on how the entertainment industry is evolving. It exists as a foundation and reference point from which future projects, collaborations, and long-term initiatives will develop.
